Welcome to Periwinkle (Cottage 10)
Periwinkle is our no-frills beach cottage—a clean, simple step up from tent camping for guests who just want four solid walls, air-conditioning, and a real kitchen after a day on the sand. Nothing fancy here—just the essentials you need for a comfortable night’s rest, a hot meal, and morning coffee with Potomac River views.
With two bedrooms and one bath, Periwinkle sleeps up to 6 guests (additional-guest fees apply):
- Bedroom 1: Full-size (double) bed plus a Twin Bunk bed
- Bedroom 2: Full-size (double) bed plus a Twin Bunk bed
The full bathroom features a traditional bathtub/shower combo—perfect for washing off the salt and sand before settling in. A bright living area offers an HDTV framed by river-view windows.
A compact kitchenette—4-burner propane stove , full-size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and basic cookware—lets you trade camp stoves for real stovetops. Outside, your private picnic table, charcoal grill, and fire pit create an easygoing backyard vibe for evening barbecues and s’mores.

Please Note – Weekends are delightfully lively and often at capacity. For a quieter stay, consider our 2-night or 4-night mid-week packages.
