Things to consider when bring a pet to CAMPMD

The campground has updated its pet policy on 01/01/2023 and will no longer allow pets (dogs, cats, birds, or any other animal) in the tent camping area or the day camper area in the woods. Only guests with a Cabin or RV site reservation will be able to bring their pets into the campground.

Additionally, the camp has restricted access to certain breeds; please check the list below.

If your pet is on this list, unfortunately, you cannot bring your dog to the campground.

No, unfortunately, dogs are not allowed to stay in any tent site or any other area that is not a cabin or RV site.

Yes, there is a mandatory fee you must pay to check in your dog in your cabin. For additional information regarding additional fees, please check this link.

Are There Any Rules My Dog Has to Follow?

Yes, please see the following list:

• Dogs must always be on a leash while walking around the campground or outside the cabin.
• For RV guests, dogs can only be off-leash while inside their site fence.
• Please clean up after your dog.
• Bring your dog’s records in case there is an incident.
• Bring a crate for your dog to sleep in the cabin.
