All guests are required to review and sign these terms upon check-in. Please read carefully to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all.


✅ Check-In & Check-Out Times

Cottages:

  • Check-in: 5:00 PM

  • Check-out: 10:00 AM

  • Early check-in (2:00 PM) and late check-out (12:00 PM) options are available for an additional fee.

Campsites:

  • Check-in: 12:00 PM

  • Check-out: 10:00 AM

  • No early check-in or late check-out options available.

🔔 Check-ins after midnight are not accepted. Weekend check-ins end at 12:00 AM; weekday check-ins end at 11:00 PM.


💳 Reservations & Deposits

  • All reservations require a 50% deposit at the time of booking via credit card.

  • Full balance is due at check-in.


❌ Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to cancellations@campmd.co

  • 15+ days before arrival – 100% refund minus 5% processing fee

  • 14 days before arrival – 50% refund of original deposit

  • 5 days before arrival – 25% refund of original deposit

  • 4 days or less – No refund

  • Holiday weekends: No refund if canceled within 14 days of arrival

  • Same-day bookings: Non-refundable


🚗 Gate Access & Arrival

  • All guests must register at the Gate House.

  • A signed rental agreement and payment in full are required to enter.

  • Wristbands must be worn at all times—available at the Camp Store if lost or broken.


🧍 Guest Policy

  • Base occupancy limits must be respected.

  • All guests over the age of 13 must pay the additional guest or day pass fee.

  • Kids 12 and under are free.

  • Walk-ins may purchase a weekend pass to access the campground.


🐾 Pet Policy

  • Pets are not allowed in tent or day areas—only with cottage or RV rentals.

  • Breed restrictions apply: Click here for list

  • Fee: $25 per weekend or $10 per day

  • Pets must be leashed and not left unattended. No pets on beaches or playgrounds.

  • Emotional support animals are not considered service animals and are subject to all pet rules and fees.


🛑 Campground Rules

General:

  • All cottages are non-smoking

  • No refunds for weather or early departure

  • No glass bottles allowed at the campground.

  • Quiet time: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM

Noise & Behavior:

  • No loud music at any time

  • All music and outdoor lights must be turned off by 11:00 PM

  • Guests who ignore warnings may be evicted without refund

Fire & Grilling:

  • Fires are allowed only in designated fire pits

  • Do not move fire pits to the beach

  • Clean up all ashes and trash properly

Fishing & Water Use:

  • Fishing allowed only at the pier or designated areas

  • No fishing in swimming areas

  • A valid Maryland fishing license is required

  • No fisherman passes on weekends

  • Swim at your own risk – there is no lifeguard on duty

  • Keep children supervised at all times


⚠️ Liability & Safety

  • CampMD assumes no responsibility for the unsafe operation of recreational equipment or damages caused by guests.

  • Guests must maintain insurance for any vehicle or property brought on site.

  • Parents must ensure children use helmets, life jackets, and appropriate safety gear.

  • Management reserves the right to evict any guest for violations of rules—no refunds will be given.


🚦Important Notices

  • Do not change campsites without manager approval.

  • Keep your campsite clean—trash left behind may result in fees.

  • Piney Point is a residential area—please drive slowly and watch for children.
